Founded in 1980, The Village Butcher was born out of the desire to bring true whole animal butchery to Victoria. Our mission is to bring our community closer to the food they eat by providing the highest quality island raised meats we can source while increasing transparency in our industry, awareness of animal welfare and appreciation for nose to tail butchery.
